What I Ate Today: Saturday

Today when I woke up I ate french toast and a banana for breakfast. I had a taste for something sweet so I went for it. Later after I ate french toast I wanted something healthy so I ate a banana. I'm glad that I choose that for the morning because it feels me up.

For lunch I ate teriyaki noodles which is my favorite! I love those noodles so much that I can eat it everyday. It taste and smell amazing to me. I ate the noodles with some granola and called it a day.

For dinner I made chicken Alfredo with fresh broccoli. I started off with diving the chicken and cleaning it off. Then I seasoned the chicken and cooked it for about 15 minutes. I boiled the noodles and drained it. I seasoned the broccoli and let it cook for less than 10 minutes. I added the Alfredo sauce to the chicken and dinner was ready! Making meals for my family and I makes me happy. It encourages me to continue doing what's right and help others.

Breakfast: French Toast & Banana

Lunch: Teriyaki noodles & Granola

Dinner: Chicken Alfredo & Broccoli
