WHAT IS DEPRESSION?


Depression is a mental disorder that is known by a certain time period of sadness, Change in mood, loss of interest in activities and grieving of a loved one. Depression is highly known and common in today's world. Depression is something that you can't get rid of overnight, but with the help and advice there are ways you can overcome DEPRESSION.

Its something you should make first in your life if you are suffering from it or if you know someone who has it.

Read about it and gain knowledge about it. Understand the symptoms and the actions behind it.

Depression has been around since the early 1900's . Depression is something you should be knowledgeable about.Depression can lead to someone being in a life or death situation. Depression is something you can't get rid of overnight. It can suddenly happen in your life. I want you to know that you are definitely not alone. 
There are many who are going through the same as you are. So be kind and generous in everything that you do. I want you to know that its completely normal to feel this way. Anything you are going through or facing can be fixed. It may not happen overnight or in a week but it can be solved.
